Please select the correct postage option. The difference in these options are explained below.
1st, 2nd, small, medium parcel only have £20 pounds of insurance. My wholesale value not the retail value.
If these options are selected and your parcel is worth more than £20 then you will only be compensated up to that amount, if loss or damaged occurs.
If the goods in the parcel are worth more than £30 please select an insured service such as special delivery.
If you think the postage for the goods is too expensive, large parcels, multiple items, then please get in touch, we do also use other couriers for heavier and larger items.
Europe, USA and the Rest of the World ( RoW )
With standard International delivery the goods in the parcel are insured up to £20, my wholesale value not the retail value. If this option is selected and your parcel is worth more than £20 then you will only be compensated up to that amount.
When order anything over the value of £30 please use a tracked and/or signed service that will include insurance.
Parcels do occasionally go missing during the delivery process.
If you do not select the correct postage for the value of the item, we will contact you and send an invoice for the difference. If you decline to pay the difference and the parcel is not delivered you will receive only the cost of postage and £20.
Claims can only be made, by us to the Royal Mail, after 14 working days for the UK and 30 working days for items sent out of the UK.
