The strop and slip set new version consists of:-

Flat paddle trop with leather on one side.
Round leather strop for hook tools.
A small scraper for cleaning the strop.
Pink polishing compound for the strops.
4 flat and 4 round slips, various diameters, for hook tools. 1 of each 240, 320, 600, 1000, 2000, 3000, 5000 and 7000 grit silicon carbide paper. Select the 8 grit option or the lower priced option that only include 4 different grits from 240 to 1000 grit
Instructions
Comes in a cotton double drawstring bag.

This kit is what we use daily to sharpen our tools.

Ideal for adzes, carving gouges and axes. Knives and chisels could be sharpened with the flat slips. We do not recommend this and suggest using the sharpening set which is designed for knives and chisels.
